1 Thessalonians 1:9 - For they themselves report about us what kind of a reception we had with you, and how you turned to God from idols to serve a living and true God,

To Tail the Truth

To rabbit, or not to rabbit that is the question:
Whether tis holier to teach children
A fluffy-tailed creature comes bearing gifts
Or to not; refusing to stand with a worldly system
And by opposing upset them? To hop to buy --
No more! And by saying, Nay, we bring
Heartache and much natural shock.

The Christian is heir to greatness, But petty temptation
Must devoutly be prayed against, To give in, to rabbit--
To rabbit--perhaps to sin unknowingly; ay, there's the rub
For with that unknown sin, what reward may come?

Conviction, conscience doth make one look prudish
And thus a slither of question rares its head
As the Truth we know is smothered by
An economic free enterprise system of smooth talkers
Targeting the most innocent with no regards of consequence.

Be all our sins forgiven.

2 John 1:8 - Watch yourselves, that you do not lose what we have accomplished, but that you may receive a full reward.

1 John 5:21 - Little children, guard yourselves from idols.
